Title: How do you open a dispute?

Hi, I was recently scammed by a vendor (jabberwockylover), and was told to open a dispute. Where do I do that? The order isn't showing up under "orders" anymore...

You have to take it to the resolution center before you finalize. Once you finalize, that's it, it's final. It even tells you that on the finalize button.

If you let an order auto-finalize after 17 days, that's also final.

The resolution center only works when the funds are held in escrow, and in the case of a dispute they can assist in negotiating, or if necessary invoking, a solution.
